C32 Exhaust Flanges
Does anyone here have cad drawings or know the dimensions of the flanges for the c32? I can figure out myself but figured I would ask and thank someone before I spend the time to draw them up. If you do have them I might cut ya a set if ya need them.

Nice shop!!
I have cut some flanges out of 1/2 inch steel for a 997 turbo on a water jet, Fit real nice.

Please post up some pics of the headers when its complete, I would love to see it.

Yes sir... not a problem... Let me get my first set done.. We all can go from there.. I am also making aftermarket intake plenums, Bored/ ported/ polished TB for my car, also Aluminum intakes. to name a few...

Yes. No CAD files to share, but why not start the project with a pair of castoff OE manifolds? They’ll be convenient for validating your head jig, too.

Failing that, I can mail you a spare 112 142 01 80 gasket mañana.

When we first started out making headers... All we did was trace the flange onto paper and then scan it in to make it work with the water jet. I can get you a set of stainless steel flanges for a C32 if you like.. It could save you a bunch of time

I have a few sets cut via the CNC mill out of 1/2 stainless and Also started making supercharger pulleys and aftermarkert intake manifolds... Pics will be up soon!!!
