C32 - Pulley & ECU Mod & Heat Exchanger (Eurocharged) - Arrived today :)
C32 - Pulley & ECU Mod & Heat Exchanger just Purchased from Eurocharged.
Cant wait to install the Heat Exchanger and Pulley... My car engine is original.
Suspension: PSS9 + Eibach Swaybars front and rear.
Hope i feel the extra power.... and installation is smooth.

Not to be a killjoy, but how do these mods impact reliability? It makes sense to me that if you run the SC harder you're increasing pressure and the likelihood of breaking something.

Good luck! There are some great DIY topics on here for the installation of all your parts if you get stuck, just search it. I installed all mine myself and some of it was complicated at times, but doable nonetheless.

i've had a tune and 185 and heat exchanger for like 2yrs. reliability is fine. only thing that was going was the bearing on my idler pulley, which goes out in both stock and non stock cars. i just purchased the Needswings Pulley Saver Kit made for the 185mm kits and haven't had a problem since

Good luck and have fun! make sure to pick up Needswings Pulley Saver Kit and Intercooler Separation Kit when you have the chance.
I did all of my mods at once, except the heat exchanger which was later, but you will certainly feel the difference in power.
It took me quite a bit of time to install the HE. My EC HE for some reason has different mounting points than the DIY available.
Let us know!

The damned seat heater is more of an issue than running a 181/185 or Code 3

My Exchanger is not a direct bolt on too, i'm in the middle of modifying the mounting bracket. head spinning

Mine doesn't have any mounting tab to the bumper support/crash bar, so I used two long zip ties to ensure that the HE is securely attached to the support. I used aluminum bars to create stronger attachment between the mounting tabs and radiator support.
It might be different for you though, but good luck and the end result is worth it!

Making brackets isn't that bad... 
The frozen boost heat exchanger I used cost $5 for the brackets and took an hour to make.
If I was to go back would have got the 26x7x3.5 for like $20 more. Still less than $200 dollars...

Finally installed, and ECU flashed. Jerry remote flashing worked perfectly.
The car has changed from quick to very quick, feels a lot lighter and the throttle response is perfect now (press and go)! Very very happy.....
Had to change the alternator too as mine was on the way out.
I guess my tires wear will increase...
