C32 sound at idle.. what's yours sound like

The C32 6 cyl will never win a beauty price for its sound, interior or exterior.
In fact from the beginning my car sounds a little bit like a diesel.
With the headers and cats the car sound more sporty, but at idle it still will not sound like a nice 6 cyl.

My engine is usually quiet after driving it. If you did a cold start, yes it's pretty loud. So it sounds like a supercharged V6, I like the sound. Usually tuned engines are louder. If you have doubts, take it back to the dealership.

clatters a bit when cold.At normal operating temp,all I ever hear is a bit of normal mechanical yakking.This engine uses forged pistons that need a bit more cold clearance...hence the extra noises at startup.
There's a LOT of mechanical motion inside of any engine.The only ones that are totally silent are broken.
