My resonator and the secondary cats where removed by Bergen Imports about 5 years ago. The latest exhaust work was done by RPM North because they have a TIG welder on staff. It was a big job involving building the downpipes. To remove the resonator and the secondary cats you can just go with MIG welding.
Here is a link where you can get 5' of quality SS T304 pipe in 2.5" size. http://www.amazon.com/Vibrant-2641-S.../dp/B001804SCM
Some people used 2.75". It's up to you. Not sure if 5' will be enough. Will check for you when I get home.

Measured and actually the resonator was replaced with a 2.75" SS T304 pipe 24" in lenght and the secondaries where replaced with 2.5" SS T304 pipes 12" each.

Sounds good, PM when you figure it out. Maybe it would give me an excuse to get up there. Maybe have him put it on and throw those headers on at the same time. The more miles I put on the more I keep contemplating just selling them
