I got mine for 15K just two weeks ago (with nav, bi-x etc) , it only had 60k miles though.

OK...... look at the background of the picture now. most of the people that drive the value down of these cars are the ones that buy as a cool factor and the soon after realize theycant afford and just want to get rid of it. plus with these gas prices looking at that gauge saying 15mpg is sorta disapointing to some........... for me Ill make those 15 miles worth my $4.59 in gas

 

If this means anything.. Lowell MA is not the nicest area. I lived in the next town over for most of my childhood. Seems like a fair price though. If anything, I would look for salt under then car from winter driving. Also Lowell isn't exactly known for its silky smooth streets... Or any town in Massachusetts for that matter.

 

Look at the other four pictures at the bottom... Single family homes with garages.
