My engine temp gauge and the "ac control temp readouts" show my engine temp to range from 83 degrees all the way up to 103 degrees. I couldn't find many threads that discussed this and thought it would be good to ask what your temps are in your C32's. Might help establish what's normal and what may be a warning sign that somethings amiss. Please post your engine temps. Thanks!

I believe those numbers are read in Celsius therefore 83C=181.4F and 103C=217.4F. You are in normal operating temperatures.

Everyone else seeing similar temps? I have the code 3 pulley and intake and have had a few issues with supercharger cutout(very randomly I might add) I'm thinking about ordering the EC heat exchanger and/or the needswings separation kit. I understand that those readings are in Celsius, just wanted to know what "normal" is . I randomly get a low coolant message and when I inspect the coolant it appears fine. Message disappears when I turn car off/on. Guess I may be a little paranoid. The other reason I'm interested is that I want to order the Eurocharged eurotuner, but want to ensure proper cooling efficiency before getting a tune. Thanks all

Mine is between 85-95 on a really hot summer day.

Get the HE if you're modded. I was running all my mods with stock HE for a week last year and ran even with E46 M3 because of heatsoak.

Hello,

Mine also runs between 85 en 100. Temp climbs to 100 when driving slowly. (usually after thrashing it)
I also got the low coolant message a while back. I know that the coolant message is also linked to the fan. Could it be that the fan doesn't work properly?
Cheers
Stig

My C32 operates at around 83 degrees celsius. On a hot summer day I have seen the vehicle approach 100... never above though.

C32 cold temp reading incorrect
Hi guys. My c32 amg gives a faulty reading when cold. Between 80• and 90. After 15 min driving it goes into the red. Yesterday it went into trans mode. I checked plug on thermostat which is secure.
