It's a 2.6 5sp Manual....Just as Rare if not Rarer 
Fully Option including the very rare heated seats. It is on a stand alone ecu. Got the car for $100.00 with 100k miles 2 years ago, Was originally grey, I repainted it myself to Black to match the Black Leather inside. The spoiler I added, It's from a Bmw. I think it looks way better than the OEM one
