I thought mine was low at 11,477 miles but 1,902 takes the award I'm curious as to what the story is behind it??
Both are nice cars..

That's wild! Why buy a sedan and drive it less than a vintage ferrari?

If I remember correctly, there was also a red one for sale recently that had about 2k miles on it as well.

Mine for sale.

Most bang for buck, including mods.

I dont see it been that hard to imagine tho.

My friend had a 03 m3 and got a job offer in Asia right after he got the car. Left the car home and for two years his dad only start the car for him and short drives it down the street and back. Less than 1500 miles in two years.

That's one hell of a financial hit to take leaving the car to depreciate while you are away and hardly driving it. I thought I was crazy - my '06 just turned 25,000 miles (it's driven a little over 4,000 miles per year). My deal is that my car has never been driven in the rain (or snow) - it only comes out when I know the weather is nice. As a result, it looks exactly like the black one for sale in CA.

I'm sure he would have taken more of a hit selling the car right after he bought it and then buying another when he got back. Especially if he had one with hard to find options/colors/etc. I'm the same way as you though, my car has only been in the rain once since I bought it (weather report was wrong!). I bought it with 32k miles and I'm almost at 41k now.

I don't know how you guys do it. I get sick if I don't drive my car daily. At 130K by now. A car, a wife and a horse need to be ridden.

lol I'm stealing that quote. I'm at 64k in my car now. Still breaking in the engine IMO. our weather stays nice and I have a truck and an e90 now so my car doesn't see rain.

I also have a 2010 Forester. They are mostly used by my wife and kids. I only use them in the winter in heavy snow when the C32 just wouldn't get me to work and back. Or when the car is being serviced/moded/fixed. I also have a vented CF hood on the car but the rain and snow still don't scare me. I also have a collection of bent AMG rims... Hey, this AMG car makes me happy.

You're right, that is a very unusual millage reading for a sedan. Mine had 29k miles when I bought it. Maybe the owner was travelling all the time? (saw the movie Up in the Air)

Partly painted. Here is the end result.
It's lighter than the original but that wasn't my objective.

I don't know what you saw but the fit and finish on this is perfect. It's by the same guy that makes Dads C63 hoods.

The car in the OP would benefit from some NeverDull on the exhaust tips....

I used Optimum Metal Polish with #0000 steel wool. A lot of elbow grease involved but it got the job done.
