How do I remove c32 clutch for bearing replacement?

My bearing is failing. I heard it making noise and confirmed it by freely spinning it while the engine was off. I'm about to order the oem bearing but I can't find any diy's on removing it for replacement. I been looking for a hour. Anyone?

The job is fairly straight forward, but it can be a headache to remove the supercharger pulley. First you need to loosen the belt. The belt tensioner is right above the crank pulley. You will need an e11 socket to move the tensioner. I would recommend buying the socket online because it's almost impossible to find it local. Once you loosen the belt remove the two rubber hoses in front on the sides if the supercharger. You will need a strap wrench to hold the supercharger pulley in order to get the bolt off. Once the bolt is off, I had to use channel locks to remove the large washer. You need to pull it straight off. Once you get the washer off then you can try to pull the pulley off. This is the toughest part. I spent a good while pulling the pulley. But it will finally give. I don't know if you need some sort of lubrication to get it off, but it's tough pulling it off. I almost gave up the second time I did the job. Once you have it off, all you need to do is remove the retaining clip, they make special pliers for this job. Then you can press out the bearing or you can hammer it out, take in mind the bearing comes out from the front of the pulley. Once you have it in, just do everything in reverse. Maybe some one can chime in with the torque specs for the pulley. It's easier to remove the bolt in front of the pulley with the strap wrench if you have one person holding the strap wrench and the other trying to remove the bolt.

It's just a straight forward "take the bolt off and pull" huh?I have a impact wrench and the proper sockets already. I'm guessing a little lube will make it easier to pull off. Thanks.

Be careful, the bolt is hollow and I'm not sure where you can source another one.

This thread should have some useful info.

Random quote I found:
What I have found in my research with, your forum, NSK Americas, Mercedes, and Local NSK Distributors. The bearing stated earlier in the thread NSK 32db45dum, in fact has a different NSK #. The # you have listed is the # Mercedes has stamped on the bearing for there manufacturing and parts support identification. If you call NSK Americas # 1-888-446-5675, and get to an operator. You can give them your state and closest major city, and they will give you a local distributor. When I called the local NSK distributor and gave them the # they had to call NSK because the # wasn't in there database. The number that NSK superseeded to was this NSK-32BD45A1T12DDUCG21. BEST OF ALL it only cost me $27 delivered and its even the right junk.

Wanted to share this to save everyone a few bucks.
