c55 with s class tt 5.5 v8?

C55 with the 5.5 tt v8, the m159 I think. Has anyone done this or tried or seen anything on this?

I think you mean the M157. The M159 is for the SLS only me thinks. I haven't personally heard of anyone doing this and would doubt that it has been attempted due to the M157 only being introduced in the 2011 model year. For that matter I don't even recall anyone transplanting the N/A M156.

I heard someone put a motor from the C63 into their C55. I would love to transplant the 5.5TT motor

There's tons of software you'd need to take care of if you went the m157 route

Maybe find one out of a salvage of a rear impact? Do you think it would be easily possible this way? Get the ECU and wiring harness?

it's not easy, i know that for sure. i read about the m157 engine a while back and the engineering behind the ecu and man is it mind boggling. take a read sometime and look at what exactly it does besides just being fast. then imagine trying to integrate that into our cars. of course as i always say, with the right amount of money, anything is possible.

This could be a great idea. Possibly easier than modifying the M113 to be a bi-turbo?

You know with the turbos plumbed to the rear with water cooled top mount aftercoolers simular to the slr's coolers could be doable!
