Lights won't stay on
So I just had some OEM Xenons installed into my C55. I took it to a dealer and they flipped (one) switch to Xenons: Present. The current situation is that I turn the car on, and the lights work just fine. After a few minutes of driving they turn off. No errors on the dash, no change if I toggle the light switch. If iI turn the car off and on again the lights work again.
Brights work no problem.
Perhaps there are more bits that need to be flipped with the STAR system by the dealer? Could it be something else?

That doesn't sound right, I wonder if they did the setting correctly. What you describe is similar to what was occurring to me when I did not have the xenon present setting set. Mine would only work if I turned the lights on before I started the car. Once the xenon present setting was set, they worked correctly. Now that I think about it, I do not recall getting any errors either.

So I know for sure that we flipped this bit:
1 EIS- Electronic ignition switch
2 Control Unit adaptations
3 Read coding and change if necassary
4 All Codes
5 Xenon Headlamp - Change to present.
Are there other places where the code needs to change?

Here's the instructions on how to do the setting:
You're fine bro. The kit looks perfectly fine and what you are experiencing is the typical flickering. Are you located in SoCal?
If not find a dealer to do this for you and that should fix your problem. The dealers don't know by heart so print it and take it with you.

So based on those screenshots I did the second bit -- changing Xenon = present in the "Read and change codings as necesasary". I dont' quiet follow the screenshots for the exterior lighting section... is there another =Present I need to do there?
