Kleemann Headers and Dual Exhaust Installed
Holy Crap!!! It took over 2 weeks for the install but boy was it worth it! So much for my ride being a sleeper...It's still pretty mellow if I don't get more that 1/8th of the way into the throttle or too high in the RPMs, but get on the gas and the beast is unleashed!!!
The second day I had it back I was driving a coworker to a rental office and had to make a U-turn to get to where he was going. I gassed it after the turn and immediately turned into the parking lot. We get out of the car and someone who had been walking by says "Was that you in the white Mercedes"?, to which I reply yes..."What the F**K do you have in that thing"?!?! he replies. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Much thanks to AMGSC for the headers, Danny at A-1 Transmission for the header install (who has possibly the SICKEST SL55 on the planet...ask those who attended the D/M/V AMG get-together) and Mandrel Bending Solutions for the gorgeous work on the dual exhaust!
Dyno will be in the next few weeks for a Eurocharged re-tune, so I'll let everyone know what difference I made. The Tech at MBS was also going to send me an undercar pic of the duals, so I'll post that when I get it too. In the meantime...

BTW, when I was filming the clips my stepmother said every time I went past their house full throttle the exhaust made the windows shake lol

Thanks!
I couldn't be happier with the headers! I actually ended up replacing everything from the headers back, the folks at MBS figured piecing everything back together would end up making it Frankenstein-ish lol. I'm absolutely ECSTATIC about how it all turned out, both sound AND appearance wise. MBS even repositioned the mufflers a tad back and out so the tips stick out about an inch or so further

Thanks Gramma, I wish mine had your superchager whine!
Thanks aussie, Dyno will definitely be within the next 2 weeks! The first race I got a chance to see for Australian V8 was Bathurst...WOW. Officially hooked.
Thanks Kevwood! Have you sourced your cats for your project yet? Probably going to be in the market for some 100 or 200 cells in the near future.
Thanks Frank! Told ya I was partial to white lol
Nope, Kleemanns to 2.5" Stainless Duals to Merge-style X-Pipe back to duals, routed on driver's side of diff and split to individual mufflers...
Damn, hope I didn't step on your toes, SORRY!
I did some research on this when I was actively searching and was never able to find a conclusive answer...primaries should mate up correctly to the exhaust manifold, but it seemed like there would probably be fitment issues

I think the w211 and w203 M113 headers from Kleemann are the same. Might be completely identical, or maybe the cat-delete DPs might be slightly different.. Cory would know.
I know the w210 and w208 M113 headers were/are different than the w211 and w203 version.
Hope that helps.
