I have them on my C230. They work well, but make it kind of hard to see out of at night. I guess you can always take them down when not in use, but then you will have the bottom clip just sitting there.
The top clips are attached to the screen, the bottom clips attached to the door panel.
They cost $76 a piece and these are the part numbers:
