C32 Suspension Upgrade

I am in the process of updating the suspension components on my C32. Since I am putting in C32 Renntech springs and I've heard that the springs were matched to the C32 shocks. I am therefore thinking about replacing the old stock struts/shocks with new c32 oem sets. I know the C55 front struts/shocks are much stiffer than the C32 ones but wonder if it's a better idea to stay with the stock C32 struts/shocks given the Renntech springs were developed for the C32. Anyone ever had to consider this issue please chime in? My current intension to is use the c32 as my primary track car without overly degrading the cars ride quality in exchange for performance. Thanks.

I'd say dont waste your money on springs upgrading shocks just go coilovers, I tried c55 springs and shocks, even tried stiffer springs, just go with coilovers, KW V2 or Bilstein PSS9's, ride is nice on soft you can dial it and its track ready when you want it.

PS. I have PSS9, best mod so far, worth every penny, ride on soft is about same as stock may even be smoother, I ride on 6F 6R or 6F 4R for twisty roads.

The Renntech springs just arrived so I am just going to put them on and see. Given the struts/shocks are 10 years old, I wonder if they will hold up after I have the springs installed. I should have just bought a new coil over set instead of buying the Renntech springs. Anyone with any suggestions on what I should do?

From having the m5 and the C63, I would make the move to the C63. Test drive if you haven't but the torque is a huge plus in these cars. Plus the transmission in the C63 is much better honestly.

Think you are making the right move.
