Loungn, just a suggestion: PM the guy to see if you can help troubleshoot his problem offline. It may have nothing to do with your tune, but as a "tuner" its better to give the customer the benefit of the doubt before questioning their credibility or troubleshooting the problem.

I know you are talking about the e55 but are there any mods that should be done on a c32 for reliability? The only power mods I plan to do are pulley, ecu/tcu tune. I have already done HE, pump and needswings isolation. I plan to add a pulley saver. Are there any other mods you would recommend to keep it all together? Do the fuel rails flow enough?

I am running a 185mm pulley + a ton of other mods (nothing fuel related) including an EC tune and I am running on the rich side - 12.8 afr (if I remember correctly). It is not a problem to safely run a 185 pulley it just takes the right tuner. I am happy to run on the rich (safe) side at this point as I have not logged in the heart of winter and just added a set of modified intake manifolds.

I agree with 320, for example 11.5 is a realistic conservative safe AFR for boost, with 11.8 being what most people aim for with high boost. 185 pulley means what 22psi?? that is very dangerous on pump fuel.

You have to buy the app, $40, and the PLX Kiwi WIFI device, $140.
I don't have this, but people say it works great.
To check AFR, I think you would have to dyno. REV can also tell you AFR.

Instead of getting that, I would suggest devtoaster REV. It is an app for your android or iphone that works via OBD II.

Also shows Fuel Consumption, Fuel Consumption Avg, Fuel Level, Engine Load, Timing Advance, Coolant temp, EVAP pressure.

12.8 is to lean for a f/i engine jeremy. you should be at 11.8 to 12.2 max. datalogg and see what i mean im guessing that over 3000 rpm in 3 or 4 your well over 13 afr and thats not healthy. when we did the dyno session yrs ago the xfire with the 181 couldnt get his afr down. wasnt a tuning issue but hardware (fuel )issue.

Rev CAN show you AFR if you get a bung installed and buy another sensor, but normally it will not.

I have the modified AMG manifolds from Rob (Needwings). The manifolds are great. Just too many pieces on the SLK32 to run the Needswings manifolds. I would have to replace the E55 intake with Rob's DCA and replace the front grill with one like you are running.
The car already had traction issues on street tires. It is nice to have the power but it sucks having to back off the throttle at 50+ mph because of lack of traction.
