I have the carbon fibre one (http://www.formymercedes.com/morepic...cf-Brabus1.jpg) from them. I didnt like the base of the shaft as it positioned the gear knob too high. I didnt use the connection provided with it nor the original (will not fit) so I connected it with a small hose clamp at the base of the shaft (underneath the leather) with the washer provided; so the shaft sits low as the original. The chrome plate came of one day... but just re glued it. In my opinion its is much better than the oringinal. the amg is embeded so will take a good while to wear off I should imagine. The carbon fibre pattern looks real and gear knob feels good. I am happy with it.

Thanks for the info. I meant the round one like the oem leather one.. but in carbon fiber. But still good info. Would love to see how you connected it. I hate a high shifter.
