I have this problem. My 2002 C32 headlight beam are too high, as though my high beams are on. Can I adjust them or do i need to go to the dealer? I took them to a gas station and they couldn't adjust them. When I turn the car on the bixenons do not go up or down initially. I don't know if there is or should be self-leveling and if this function is broken.
Thanks in advance,
Andy T

You can do it by ur self. I've done it recently. Try to use search function to find out how to.. Theres a adjustment screw nearby each headlight

it may be more involved than the simple adjust, depending on the source of its
malfunction. simple adjust at the headlight, or at worst, the telemetry connect-
ions at the suspension became disconnected somehow. you'd have to crawl
below and check from suspension-to-headlight.....if the simple adjustment at
the headlight doesn't do the job.

The two times that I've had BiX aiming problems (one Merc and one Audi) it's been a ride height sensor issue. And both times the lights have been too low, not too high.
