Do you have an AMG its C32 specific only. Most other cars have the pumps available seperate.

Come one! It is just a fuel pump. Not like it's functionality is VIN coded. Like Pansu said a Walbro pump will do just fine as a replacement.

And more than fine, if you want to tune more power.

I had just my pumps replaced ONLY and Through the back seats without removing the tanks. No problems whatsoever! On top of that, I sourced a VW part number for the same part for much less $$.

You definitely have BAD info.

+1 and I purchased from the ebay link that 'lizardjack' posted on the previous page. I sourced the secondary (aux) pump locally.

An MB Assistant Service Manager has bad info? Not possible.
I'm leaving this forum and will only service my MB at the dealership.

I just called the mb dealer in chicago about my fuel pump going out and they quoted me $1500+ for parts and $450 for labor. He could not clarify what parts were included in that $1500 but it has to be BOTH the pump+fuel tank since you can find fuel pump + sender unit on different sites for a few hundred bucks.

I'm taking my c32 to my indy shop and will update with what they tell me but hopefully they can just drop in a Walbro or other replacement pump and not cost me $1500 in parts and another $450 in labor per the dealer!!!!

I think I get why the MB dealer supposedly only sells the new fuel pump with a new fuel tank...found this picture of the tank and its sold with the pumps from this vendor which are bolted into the tank...

May also be a good idea to replace the seals when replacing the pump -

The link is purely for the Pn# and diagram so you know what I am talking about , can get them anywhere "ebay etc etc"
