i was there too

I was there too on sat and around the same time you were there ChrisC and saw all those great C32 fly around the course as well. I did go on the other cars and NO there were not any pro drivers driving with you in those cars. it didnt really matter cuz it wasnt that dangerous to go around that course. i tried to floor it but they designed the course to be like too many turns so you have to slow down a bit. i mean i was flying but not nearly as fast as those C32's were. I was trying to make the car skid but they just wouldnt. they were nice. How about those damn fridges? the ones with the internet and video on the tv . and yes i did sit down on some of those massage chairs too. hahaha i did everything. thats funny that i was around there the same time you were too. i went at 1 and was there till like 3:30 and then i left. aight peace

The M3 crashed thru a paper barrier proving the AMG got to a hundred faster and stopped quicker than the BMW.

They were both really moving in the space set up in the parking lot.
paper barrier???

paper barrier

There was brown kraft wrapping paper, about 8 feet wide and 5 feet high, stretched between two poles at the end of each driving lane. The C32 stopped about 20 feet short and the M3 crashed thru it for added dramatic effect.

The two drive-it-yourself courses were pretty narrow and had plenty of turns. The only straight was good for about 45 before hard braking and going into a 90.

I had to ride with non pro driver staff members for the Crossfire event and they were the automatic speed limiter...it was no fun, even though they also had an Audi TT, a G35, and a Boxster to drive.

What's wrong with the M3?

It almost seems like Mercedes Owners hold some sort of prejudice against Bimmer owners. I just don't get it.

Nothing's wrong with the M3. Think only certain people holds prejudice again BMW owners. I for one do not hold anything against them. Infact i love both cars!
