Is the intercooler system connedted to the windshield washer resivor?

Is the intercooler system connedted to the windshield washer resivor?
My windshield washer system is leaking(from out of the fog light housing), and I just wanted to make sure that it's not connected to the intercooler system. Thanks guys!

[Unless your car has the old Evosport windshield fluid reservoir modification where the intercooler circuit is plugged into it]
