Interior Scratches
I guess the previous owner of my car liked to wear rings or let his dog chew on the interior, or something, but the interior door handles, not the latches that actually open the doors, but the black plastic handles (see pictures), are all scratched up and some of the scratches are pretty deep. Does anyone know how I could fix these door handles. Thanks.

It's a common issue on the W203, I've seen it on all of them. Mine has it lightly, and I don't wear rings or anything on my left hand. It's just the material, time, wear, etc.

I wrapped mine with 3M di-noc carbon foil.
It looks good, but I wrapped the whole avantgarde trim with it also...
You can always wrap em with matte black foil. take the top cover of and rewrap them. new ones at the dealer will cost about 35 - 40 $, a piece

I had that same problem on my car when I bought it! You can buy just the handles from the dealer for around $80. My dealer even had them in stock. Took about 30 minutes to replace them, now they are like new!

Oh actually reading over the original post again, if it's just the top parts that are scratched, those just pop off and pop on. The problem though would be that when you order them from the dealer they come with both the top and bottom part, you can't order just the top. But if all you're looking to replace is the top part it would be easy since they pop on and off, the bottom part you have to remove the door panel to get behind it, there's a screw.
