181mm Pulley - Can I Run Without a Tune?

I can buy a 181mm pulley kit in UK and get next day delivery....

Can I run it without a tune?

I wouldn't. I had to drive mine from the exhaust shop back to my mechanics shop, but I kept my foot out of it, got the EC tune the next day.

I would drive very gingerly without a tune. You can easily run lean at high boost...

I ran 185 without tune for 3 days while waiting for the ecu to be shipped from EC (this was before remote tuning is available). I never went above 4000 rpm though.

Why would you not want a tune anyway? a tune will maximize all your mods.

I'm pretty sure he's getting one, it's just that he's able to get the pulley a lot sooner.....

yeah i deff will get a tune aswell,

its just that everything is so damn expensive in the UK.

£2000 ($3000) for Kleeman pulley and tune

Dude, go Eurocharged!! They can do it remotely and I can just about guarantee it will be a waaaay better tune. Faster shifting too!
Seriously though, they are stand up guys over there. Their tunes just keep getting better and better.
