Anyone ever seen a capri blue C55 before? Beautiful!
Just saw this C55 for sale on ebay. Ive seen the capri blue color on the C32 before but I've never seen a capri blue C55. Anyone ever seen a C55 this color before? The interior on this car is amazing too, overall color combo is fantastic!

Whoa, I didn't think they made the C55 in capri blue? I thought the only option was midnight blue (and diamond black). That's the first I've ever seen.

Wow, I've NEVER seen or heard of that before. There couldn't have been more than a hand-full of those made. This is the only car I've ever seen in that color and I've only ever seen one C55 in Barolo Red (on one of the forums, can't remember which one now). The Ash interior is terrible, but I think I'd get over it because that is THE best color. I'm over black, I don't think I'll ever buy another black car.

At first I thought this had to be a spray job, but after a bit of searching it looks like the 2005's were available in 10 colors.
Alabaster White, Mars Red, Black, Obsidian Black Metallic, Granite Gray Metallic, Diamond Black Metallic, Pewter Silver Metallic, Brilliant Silver Metallic, Desert Silver and Capri Blue (Beautiful!).
In 2006 they dropped Obsidian Black and Desert Silver.
Perhaps this means Capri Blue is the rarest of them all?
I didn't find anything saying Barolo Red was an option though...still love my Ash interior though lol!

I wish I had saved those pictures, I think it was in one of the picture threads. The guy said he bought it brand new. I searched Google and unless I'm spelling the color name wrong, I couldn't find them again.

Capri blue is definitely darker in person. Capri blue almost looks black, but in direct sunlight is blue.
Not sure if it's capri blue in these pictures. Seems too bright and blue, but that could just be the photos and lighting.
Regardless, beautiful exterior color!

You are correct, I found the auction last night and saved all the pictures (has already ended, they must have sold the crap out of it). The paint code in the door jam is C345 = Orion Blue Metallic.

Regardless of the technical name, I didn't know they offered that one on the C55. I had only seen a very very few of those on the pre-facelift W203's; didn't know they made this one. Yes, looks like this may be the rarest color of all!

Thanks for clearing that up guys, it is definitely orion blue metallic - my bad on that. The barolo red one is the only one ive ever seen as well, just as rare and beautiful as the orion blue one, looks great!
Any cool custom paint jobs out there on C55's? I remember a member on here Aho custom painted his C32 laguna seca blue, i thought it looked pretty sweet.
