C32 transmission popping out of gear

C32 transmission popping out of gear
I test drove a 2003 C32 tonight. I accelerated hard to about 60 mph and let off, at which point it popped out of gear with a thunk and wouldn't shift back into any gear until I slowed to under 40 or so. Twice in a row. This car has about 100k miles on it.
I'm new to this world and did some searching here but couldn't find anything similar. I also couldn't find much on what to look for when buying one of these except it seems that a transmission flush fixes a lot of things. Any advice would be appreciated.

I was in the market for a c32 a few months ago ( I used to have one ) but found a good deal on a c55.
I see your in utah, there was a guy who traded one in to a utah dealer for 7500, not sure if this is the same one

Yeah, I talked to him and wanted to buy it but my wife wanted to wait. I thought this might be the one as it has similar miles but this one was bought in March and the other guy traded his more recently. I kept my eyes out for that one but never saw any ads.
