please help me ID these wheels

Hello,
I don't post on here much, but I could use some help now. I have tried to find out information on these wheels but without success. I bought the car used last year from Carmax and don't know the previous owner. All I know is that the wheels are 19". I found some VIA markings but later discovered those aren't from a manufacturer.

The reason I ask is that I have to get new lugs. One of the lugs sheared, and I thought it was because of work the dealer had done last week. I had the car towed back in and they said the lugs are chrome and brittle. They haven't tried new lugs to see if they will fit (I assume for liability reasons). My thought is the hubs are likely stock, so stock lugs *should* work.

There is a pic of my car in the official pic thread. I'll search for it and see if I can find the post # (EDIT: post # 1928). Maybe it will help someone identify the previous owner and a way to contact him/her. It's a silver 02 C32 w/ the hood & roof painted black. (EDIT: DuaneC63 seemed to have known of the previous owner.)

Any help that you can provide would surely be appreciated.

Pull out another lug, check if its conical or ball seat, and measure the shank length. Odds are its conical with a 27 mm shank length, but there's a chance the wheels are made to take stock bolts.

Thanks for the help guys. It was a 27mm w/ conical seat. I took one of the broken ones to the store and compared it to make sure.

Oddly enough, I had to call about 10 different businesses before I found one that sold the bolts. I looked at the threads on the broken bolt and it doesn't appear to have been cross-threaded. I suspect the tech used an impact wrench to torque it down, but the dealer hasn't admitted fault.

white and whiter
You might as well replace all 20 bolts. Personally i will not run chrome bolts. The chroming process causes changes in the metal to become brittle.

You can order bolts from Radusadirect.com btw.
