Sudden "shudder" vibration during idle?

Started about Monday night, during idling, there seems to be a forced "shudder" or vibration that you can feel in the car. Like if something in the motor isn't right; not sure if it's motor mounts, trans mount, spark plugs, CPS? So far there's no codes being thrown, and the engine at any speed other than idle feels normal in sound, power, shifting, etc. Just at idle, it feels forced with a small vibration.

Nothing visually wrong in the engine bay, haven't gotten underneath the car yet. If it was motor mounts, why it would it be so sudden? I would think it would be more of a gradual degradation in comfort.

Ideas?

I have had this for a while. One of my motor mounts is shot, but I think this is attributed to build up on my throttle plate...

Just a guess, it may be a normal engine ecu transition while idleing due to all the automatic changes in modern cars such as fans, alternators and many were unaware of.
