Which car to buy?

I am trying to decide on which vehicle to buy. I have narrowed my choices down to the mercedes c class and the bmw 3 series. I am looking for a car that is more luxury than sport and is reliable. I saw the JD Power thing and I still am interested in the Mercedes, I really like the styling and the features that are available. I only need seating for 2 people and occasionaly 4. Please give me your oppinions on these vehicles and whether or not you think it would be a good vehicle for me. Thank You in advance for you responses.

i am not c-class owner, but i think the new C, with clear headlights just looks flawless, im sure the 3 is more sporty, but if you want sportiness and luxury, the benz cannot be beat, i think the c230 sports sedan is really good for the price, and it has a S/C

Test drive them both and then "Decide" I favor the comfort of the C-Class, and from the info you provided the C Class would be a good fit for you.

You can't lose either way... I'd say the MB is more luxo and the Bimmer is more sport...

I used to have an e30 3 series and I loved the road feel that car provided, but my C32 feels like it's biult with incredible integrity and I have to say that the bmw's have slipped in quality over the years

I have both. I drive the 3 when I'm in the mood for sporty driving, it's more fun to drive IMO. When I get back inside the Benz, noway can I drive it the same way. It really is two different car. However, I do like both the interior & the exterior of the Benz better. When you are not in a rush, the Benz is my choice, otherwise, BMW (what an enigne! Wish I can have a Benz with a BMW enigne). No matter which one you choose, just remember "NO LEXUS"!!!

I think you've made your choice right there with that statement. Like you said, if you only need seating for 2 and occasionaly for 4, the 3-series coupe is the car you want. It has the look and performance to got with it. Or you can pick the C-sportscoupe. It's your choice between a true coupe or a hatchback coupe. Go test drive'em both.
