C55 AMG Kleemann Headers: Installed

Yeah man, stock mufflers. My exhaust is just Kleemann Headers/downpipes straight to the mufflers- no cats/res. We have basically the exact same set up and mods except mines silver and yours is black.

nice sound!!!!
I had kleemann kit installed headers,sc,cams... (no cats/res, true dual) but the sound was really loud and noisy, so I installed 2 c 55 resonators, the sound is much better

Wow! What a gorgeous sound she has with the Kleemann headers installed.
I've read on the EVOSPORT website that their headers gives the N/A 55 +30bhp/ft-lbs...do you reckon that this is reasonably accurate?
Going to enjoy my first V8 a bit longer then start really small (i.e. res delete).

MBNiko your car also sounds great, it has that almost c63 black series sound and that's what I'm after, have you got pics of the exhaust before fitment (headers) and how it looks after.

To be fair, I did pass a White VW in that vid as well!! haha I appreciate the comments. I'll see what I can dig up from pics. Im basically running Kleemann headers/downpipes straight piped to the mufflers. No cats, no Res.

I've read all sorts of wild claims online of headers alone (N/A mind you not blown) giving our 55's +30bhp @ crank...and would love to know if that's accurate.
Going for simple stuff next week when my MB shop re-opens. Kleemann filters and res-delete replacement.

What was involved that needed welding on the kleemann headers? I thought the headers and downpipes bolted straight in. Im considering these but want to figure out what's all involved as I will be doing most of the installation by myself.
