Headers - My Experience
I brought a set of RZR Tuning Headers from a member about 1 year ago it was brand new. I only managed to install it about 2 months ago and the installation was very straight forward and there was no leaks.
I used them on the road for about 2 weeks before having the bolts re-checked and tightened, ran with no problems on the road.
2 months on the road with no problems good response and good power on the top end.
Problems with the header appeared when taking the car to the track, after a day at the track I found out the headers warped a little and some wield joints started to crack, very disappointing!!!
I'm writing this is to let you know that the Headers I have are quite good quality and the wield joints are good but when tracked they failed too quick, main thing is that on the road they are fine. So when buying a set of Headers make sure you have warranty on them and buy them close to a track day secession to test them. As you know Headers are not cheap and if a track day secession kills them then its not worth buying them.
My Header Spec:
a. T304 Polished Stainless Steel Construction to handle heat loads from normally aspirated and supercharged engines
b. One piece header flanges for leak-free seal
c. Steel Billet collector flanges for long life and perfect fit
d. Robotic MIG welding on both inside and outside of the runners
e. 1.5 times flow capacity over stock exhaust manifolds
f. 1.75’’ (45 mm) primaries versus 1.38’’ (35 mm) factory
g. 2’’ (51 mm) collector versus 1.5’’ (38 mm) factory
h. Easy bolt in installation - gaskets and nuts are included
i. Limited Lifetime Warranty

My Engine mounts are new, I had them installed at the sametime when installing the Headers.
Lenin I see you have a Quaife LSD installed may I ask if you had any problems when installing? I see some people had problems but not explained very clearly what.

Very well may be the case. Most likely can not take the heat cycle generated at the track.
