C55 accident, Front windshield crack A-pillar damage.
Hey Guys,
Straight to the question. Are the A-pillars and front windscreen the same on all w203 models, aka, will a regular c230 windscreen fit on the C55?
I assume they are the same.
I'm aware of the front end being CLK parts, however, i want to make sure since the hood is different from the average w203. Perhaps the rear edge of the CLK hood dictates a unique windscreen shape?
I searched the forum, no results though.

While I'm sure you wouldn't be asking w/o already knowing the answer to this, but isn't A-pillar damage usually fatal for the car? I've rarely heard of a car that needed the windshield replaced and have A-pillar damage not get totaled. 
Other than that, I'm of no help as the parts list PDF is missing, but searching online I can only find one windshield pn listed.

Yes, some is blue and some is green. Some is heat-absorbing, some is heat-insulating (sounds like the same thing). To be safe, the OP can PM me the part number for the C230 windshield and I will check the EPC to see if it was used for the C55.
