Sorry, but that thread sucks. Over 100 pages and it can go on for pages at a time about one stupid set of wheels one guy wants to buy and whether they'll fit or not. If that thread was boiled down to only usefull info, it would be less than half what it is now.

We can get you some ideas, but what are you looking for in a wheel setup in terms of size, fitment and finish, what's your price range?

Yep, OP asks about $1K reps in an 18" and gets this as a response. Now that's tip-top marketing and salesmanship.

I've always thought that these were a good price for a decent fairly light wheel, I like the Kilogram

I dont think that he is really complaining about the good information that you could found in that thread. I think its about the incredible amount of time that takes to read the entire thing.

But..thats why we have a SEARCH button.

The "informations" are scattered all over the place in that thread and like I posted, if that thread was only the usefull info, it would be maybe half what it is now. No need to be a dick because of your admin. status. Sorry I was trying to save him the wasted time that thread cost me when I was wheel shopping.

And maybe w/ it being "years and years old", an admin. could go in and clean it up of all the useless info it provides? Or would that be a waste of the admin's time?

And the "search" function is a joke on this site. No matter how specific one gets w/ it, tons of worthless crap spews forth that has zero to do with the search you just performed.

Did you not know You can search within the thread.

Instead of asking "will this rim fit" maybe you should be searching for what offset fits. Which is mentioned almost every other page.

Like ive said, if you dont like it you can leave.

Yes, and it still will give you 20 good results and 50 that are crap. And I liked it just fine until your dick-post, so I'm pretty sure I'll just continue to ignore you.

I remember when I had more posts than so and so on a site and thought that meant something too.

So you want people to spoon feed you the info that they answered to others over and over?

It does mean something. It means 90% of helping people and 10% telling people like you who arent willing to spent some time to search to gtfo.

Yep, spoon fed like a child. Which is how you're acting about all of this. "Don't like something about the site, GTFO".

And yes, this is the very first forum I've ever joined, please Frank, teach me how to get the most out of it because these 40-some posts are the only times I've ever been online.

Get over your post count. You are not your post count. You are not your car, etc., etc..

"Willing to spend the time". Just how long do you think it will take to sift through over 100 pages of mostly junk info.? Don't get pissy w/ me because I said the thread and search function suck. Did you invent both? Have I insulted your family name? Nope. Then maybe I'm not the one who needs to GTFO for awhile.

Try and bully elsewhere as I'm 41 and scoff in your general direction.

Age has nothing to do with the fact that you want information spoon feed to you. It does not change the fact that the information has been in that thread for the past 10 years.

The search function is the same as any other forum that uses this forum platform. If you dont know how to search or dont want to search then too bad.

Like i've said, if you dont like it then leave. Dont ***** about you cant find information and whine like a little kid becuase you dont want to search and read.

Why do you think the search function now gives you multiple useless threads? Its because people like you keep starting new useless threads when you dont want to read long threads that are "stickys" in the forum that has all the info.

Get with the program or get the *** out.

10 years old makes it all relevant? More likely the opposite is true.

True, search sucks here and in many other forums. Congrats on mediocrity, I guess. And I have searched and read, that's how I know that thread sucks.

Show me the threads that are useless I've started. Saying "people like you" is a cop-out because you have nothing of substance to add.

And I've read every sticky that remotely pertains to my car. If you want to start lumping and labeling people, look at yourself first. Like I said, I was trying to save him the time I'd already wasted on that thread. Why you get pissy about it is on you. Again, maybe you need to get the "***" out if you're taking posts that DO NOT pertain to you so personally. You'll know it when I address you as I'll do it directly and not in someone else's thread. Way to set the example for the new members.

I really like multispoke wheels for the 203. Although I think some older Amy mono blocks can look pretty right too!

I just pm'ed F1Bobby because his are nice and honestly, other than LMs, which look **** on nearly every car on the planet, it's harder than I thought to find a wheel I think compliments the W203 just right. The factory did a better job than 90% of the aftermarket, IMO, and that's extremely rare.

lol. Search works fine for everyone else.

Heres some help.. change "ride" for "search function" and "rider" for "searcher". You're welcome.
