Is there a service bulletin from MBUSA or any dealer in the US for the "chirp" sound?

Is there a service bulletin from MBUSA or any dealer in the US for the "chirp" sound?
Seems like my car's chirping problem is getting more serious and my dealer heard NOTHING about it. My dealer said they have to contact the technical department in Toronto and see if they know anything about it. And if not, they have to call MBUSA and find out, even if they can find the problems, they MIGHT not be able to change the Automoatic Transmission Module for me because "US and Canada warranty policies are different". Damn! WTF!!!!

I have experienced the same noise after I installed the Renntech pulleys. The noise was building up over time, and eventually the water pump was damaged with its own bearing pulled to one side. I hardly noticed any noise before the Renntech pulleys were installed.

could you provide more details on what is your chirping problem? i had a chirping problem when locking/unlocking doors. if this is your problem, then the DAS computer has to be reset by your dealer. the country code just needs to be reset.

Harris, I don't think you're going to get much insight from TO! I've been arguing with the network here to change my Tranny Module to eliminate my occasional "Hesitation" issue (I know, I know, you run it w/out ESP on
).
The car is going in this week & depending on how I feel I may PUSH the issue now. I have already put the dealer on notice regarding the hesitation problem & have advised them that I will be seeking damages if I get into an accident b/c of c320 ESP software on a c32 powerplant.
Next will be a letter from my Lawyer....
Anyone else from Canada have their (2002) Tranny/Software upgraded??
