Blown H&R rear spring???
Is it possible to "blow" or put so many miles on a H&R lowing spring to where they sag?
I noticed the other day when pulling out of a steep driveway a clinging noise fro the driver side rear, almost like the coil creeking. After looking the car over I noticed the driver side rear sits a good 3/4''-1'' lower than the passenger side. I jacked the car up and thought maybe the spring had moved out of the top hat when i had the diff mount changed out a couple weeks ago since thats when the noise started, but there is no movement to the spring even at full droop. I looked everything over and nothing looked out of place so im kind of at a loss. The only other thing i did notice is the plastic cover that goes over the shock body is worn down a bit from my oversized tires but I dont think that would be the reason for the sound or the droop, or could a blown shock cause this?
TIA
