I hope everyone is having a fine Tuesday afternoon! I wanted to post up really quick to encourage anyone living in and around the Bay Area to attend Cars & Coffee in Blackhawk every first Sunday of the month @ 8am.
It was the largest turnout ever this Sunday, though I only counted one AMG (nice black C63 coupe). Cars of interest are too many to list, but there was a beautiful gullwing SL, a new Aventador, GT40, and the first Fisker Lagito CS V10.
We need more AMGs representing- my hypocrite *** drove the Ghia. Some pictures may follow...

I have been trying to convince my girlfriend to bring my C55 separately (since she can't drive the Ghia ), but so far no luck. I'll bring it out one of these months.

I will be bringing the C55 out with the Ghia next time! We are finishing up on the project '41 Chevy Business Coupe too, so that may make an appearance too!

Awesome clip! You know when someone watches the entire 30 minutes without accelerating! And no, I'm a very, very busy with deadlines for the year-end so I wasn't just messing around. As a matter of fact, I've been hauling around Sprint Booster in trunk for the past month+.


I absolutely love the Alfa Sprint Veloce, and I like the Buick Rivera. And boy, I really want the CLK 63 BS. R33 GTR looks cool and enjoyed the very quick GTI and the loud 458!!!


It's a bit hard for me to go but boy, really enjoy them. Thanks!!!

It was a great turnout this month, but the security and police really neutered the departures. I brought the Ghia since I don't get to drive it enough, but my Dad decided to bring his new Cayenne S instead of my C55.
Hopefully the babysitting will die down over the next months and business will resume as usual with people leaving. It was always a huge treat to hear the exhausts of the cars pulling away.

Since the M4 incident, yes. The February show was on total lock-down when it came to departures, but March got a bit livelier...

Has anyone reached out to the local police and asked if they could maybe block a lane or something?

I'm not sure, the cops have been especially grumpy recently and this month probably didn't help. Doubt they would be receptive- good idea though.
