I'm sure you could sell the front bumper and wheels quick on here. But honestly its an AMG i would either keep it or sell it at 15 grand with none of the extras. Good luck with sale either way. Clean car.

After thinking deeply about it. I've decide to keep it. I don't have money to upgrade. And i can't see myself driving anything less. Thanks for the compliment.

No problem. I have had many AMG cars and as time.goes by, more AMG are on the road. C63's aren't even rare to see but I can count on 1 hand how many 55's I have seen in the wild. Same goes with the 36 & 43. That was a time when they were actually rare. That's y I just bought a C55 2 days ago and love it. I have not seen another once in the 6 months I been working here in Alabama. Last model or rare C classes

Totally aggreed. I live in CT. I have seen 1 other C55 red and he works at the Mercedes dealership in danbury. And 1 belong to my best friend next town over in Shelton. Besides that, i haven't come across any in CT yet. Here is a picture of my friend's red 05 C55.

Nice man. Ya I seen that red one on here before. I never cared for them in red but he really worked it out and even pulled off that single fin grille that I usually hate. It's real clean. And I like your 63 bumper. Care to share the process? I want to do it too but no one has been able to properly give the steps or part numbers needed. Here are some of my c55 so far. Haven't added any of my touches yet (all the parts are at my house in L.A.) including my NTG 2.5 :-D . It won't let me repost the same pics again so I'll post the link to the original thread :

Nice car dude. I like what u did with the interior. Wish I could help you man but the work was done by the previous owner. He had a friend that work at a Mercedes dealership and everything Is professionally done. Everything lined up perfect. He told me the work cost him about $5k. That's what made me gave up my CLK55 for this. I actually like how the CLK63 front looked on a C55 better then the CLK.

Like I said. Hospital bills got me not thinking clearly. When thinking about it clearly, I'll still be ok if I keep my car. I do not want to down grade. And with the money I was offered, it's not enough to upgrade lol.

lol when did he say he was parting out his bumper?

and $5k for that bumper is rediculous! I got all the parts for about $1600 and the paint should cost about $5-600 and I'll be installing myself.

Shoot the quote I got from my insurance to uninstall and reinstall was only like another $500 in labor. Our bumper comes off quite easy!

and I can help you with part numbers if you need Arab. I've got an excel spreadsheet that I can forward to ya.

If u don't mind I would appreciate it man. I hate to nag people cuz I know they must get nagged all the time but no one else has posted it from the search I can find. I seen postings for the light converter and the actual bumper part and reinforcement but nothing else. Once I get back to L.A. in about 2 months I want to start on this car fixing it up. Might take a second job to have an entire dedicated check to this car lol the boo won't be too happy about that but ima car addict what can I say.

You finally did it Mav? Congrats. I told you the work was done by previous owner, so i don't know how much did it really run him. Good luck with the project and Show some pictures once done.

Commenting on C's in CT. I just bought your friend's 3-fin front grille off of him since he sold it for a GTR (would love to take that for a spin, good friend to have). And when I bought my C it was from CT very near Danbury. I was actually thinking CT was flush with 55's. lol. Don't know anyone in the Pittsburgh area with one. Always have my eyes open though.
