Alternator relay?

Alternator relay?
Hi guys, does anybody know if the C32 AMG has a relay in it's alternator circuit? My batter/alternator warning only comes up when the motor is hot and I start the guy up. The warning never comes up otherwise! Alternator has been checked twice, new regulator too. Battery charges fine, except when the warning is on!
