What are most of you guys using nowadays? I know they recommend the special Mercedes gleitpaste that you can't buy and costs $50+ a can. What other greases have you guys used that haven't gummed up the tracks?

White lithium spray from any parts place, just sprayed mine yesterday.

I wouldn't recommend this. Vaseline will "melt" in the summertime heat. I'd recommend something like Silicone with PTFE. That's what we use to lubricate window regulators.

I used silicone brake grease. Designed to work cold or hot, not water soluble and doesn't attract dust...
