Cold weather noise.
I have a odd noise on very cold mornings , around 45 to 50 degrees. It sounds like something related to the power steering, a little whiny noise. It goes away after the car warms up. Doesn't seem to drive any differently. During the warmer months I do not hear this noise. Any opinion would be appreciated. Not sure if I should run this to the dealership. Thanks.
