Afrs may definitely be affected. Ii did get 25 mpg hwy back from florida so I don't know by how much. I don't think the fpr or fuel lines will really be affected by a slightly larger pump. I bolted in a 320lph pump by division x in my old sc300 with a 2jz back in the day and nothing happened fpr/fuel line wise

Im hoping to p&p heads and kompressor at steigmeirer (the mustang guys) like a srt6 guy did. Hopefully that will lower boost where I can stack with a slightly larger crank pulley.might have to be custom like 172mm or something along those lines to stay under the 25psi mark

It pulls great!!!! I test drove a c32 with 65mm and tune prior to getting this car. Let's just say the 65mm pulley car felt stock compared to this one.

Thankss Lenin,
According to the EPC, MB provides many #s of that pressure sensor,
"004 153 31 28",
"004 153 33 28",
"005 153 72 28",
"006 153 14 28",
"006 153 16 28",
"006 153 98 28",
"007 153 00 28",
"008 153 44 28",
do you know if all these #s comes with 2.5 bar...??

Yes, it is for the CDI Turbo Engine. Don't know of anyone that has a tune for it. RobertAMG installed it without a tune. Not sure of his current results but I think the initial reaction was negative. An SRT-6 guy from Sweden claims that he has a tune for this MAP sensor installed but would not give the name of the tuner. And now he is having problems. CEL P1107.

You can but then the signal is not scaled correctly. Both sensors operate at 0-5v. So, the same PSI in the new and old sensor will translate into a different voltage readings and will confuse the ECU. The voltage clamp will only prevent the overboost CEL. More boost is not necessarily a good thing. You need to have the right cooling mods to maintained the ideal efficiency pint for the SC. Look at dragtimes.com and see how many cars are running 185mm pulley and where they are in the 1/4 mile rankings. Car#1 has top mounted intercoolers and car#2 used methanol injection. Car#3 used a 178mm pulley and car#4 used a 181mm pulley.
