The car is running super. Took a 150 mile drive today to Avalon NJ. The fuel pressure is hovering around 60 psi and the AFR is just right. Didn't get to the fuel line changes yet but will complete it for sure as soon as I get some time on the lift.

Nice! I wonder if when all is said and done you end up with similar HP numbers as the SLK. Keep us updated!

I'm currently running a 164/65 but also have 62mm SC and 181mm crank and will be trying different combinations later.

Nice haven't heard much of the 164 crank. Definitely keep us updated. Im currently running just the code3, but have my 61 sitting in the garage, might look to stack in the future seeing as more fueling options are out there.

Lenin do you know how much you paid for that pulley. Asp is literally 10 miles from my house and I am thinking about calling them and trying to work a deal as i don't see these flying off the shelves anymore lol

I don't recall exactly and don't have my records since I'm still away from home at the beach but it was above $650. I got lucky since a mistake regarding the size was made and that is why the customer canceled their order. These pulleys are made to order using OEM MB pulleys and the fact that they are not flying of the shelves may not have any impact on the price. I do recommend calling the place or since you are so close, just stop by. Often vendors in person are a lot more agreeable.

Update. Project is completed.
Finally completed this project. First phase was just changing from OEM to Walbro 255 pump with 550cc injectors and a looped fuel rail (completed in June). Second phase was to swap for the filter without the regulator, add a check valve, AEM adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator, run an -8AN fuel line and reuse the existing fuel line as the fuel return line between the FPR and the fuel tank. Did not have access to a car lift and had to spend a lot of time on my back under the car, mostly measuring.
The car runs great. Fuel pressure is set to 63 PSI at this point. AFR starts out at 14.7 at idle and drops to 11.8 or so when shifting from 3-4. Will do more data logging over time and will adjust as needed.

Acceleration is strong but it was strong to begin with. The plan is to take the car to the track. My only concern is my axles. I broke it two years in a row. I'm hoping for a 0.1 - 0.2 second difference in a 1/4 mile run.

Good stuff. Definitely let us know when you get that beast to the track. I'd be more interested in seeing the trap speed difference than et, but who knows you might just snag that record away from Pansu. Good luck!
