Question about heated seats
Can someone confirm whether a 2002 C32 should have both back warmers and seat warmers?
I've heard the heated seats include both, but, in my recently acquired 2002, on both front seats I can only feel the seat back warming up. The seat bottom doesn't appear to heat up.

How funny.. the same thing happened to me. The bottom part of the seat warmer broke.. but even funnier for me.. My dealer ordered the parts but they ordered it for a black seat. My seats for Black/Blue so they weren't able to find any in the US or in Europe. So they have to fabricate a whole new seat for me.
It seems that the heating pads are attached to the leather.. that's what my dealer says.. and they're replacing the whole pad with the leather.
