What should i look out for?

Hello, i just purchased a 2005 C55 with 130k miles on it. I bought it from the original owner who happens to be a friend of mine, the car has excellent service history and I have all of the records.

However, Is there anything I should be worried about or lookout for with an AMG that has so many miles?

No, not for the C55. Just keep up with regular maintenance. Transmission flush especially. You could do the spark plugs and leads if it hasn't been done.

Otherwise just be careful, there is a correlation between the more times you have fun and the more times you have to replace the tires.

Maybe check on the idler pulley.. The car is rock solid though.

If your friend has kept it maintained, then he's likely taken care of most of the common issues by 130k. If not, just ask him what he has done.

Other than that, just do the usual checks. Flush all the fluids and change filters. Get the car in the air and inspect all of the bushings on the control arms and tie rods.
