C32 misfire without error codes

Well, two days i investigate about some strange missfire/bogging, checked plugs, coils and nothing...
Today i found the reason

Genuine MB-AMG primary cat at 220 000 miles. brocken at pieces clogging my right exhaust, which lead to missfire over 2000rpm. Idle was smooth and no error codes

I had that happen on a certain red sports car. Primary cat busted leaving me with a serious drop in power above 6000 RPM and absolutely nothing by 8K. What will you buy as replacements?

For now i'm with straight pipes, but they are "ringing" and the noise near the front of the car is bad when accelerate. However the noise on the back is lovely above 4000rpm! (my car is with stock exhaust components except the straight pipes now)

For future i think to buy some 100/200 cell metal cats or find something cheap in the scrape yards. Because i can't live with this "ringing"
