My real estate investments are very sound. My first property went from $205,000 to $389,900 in 2 years and 4 days. My second house is up about $70,000 in 1 year of ownership. I buy cars for fun not because I look at them like they are sound investments.
Edit: I do like the car. I just want to increase the % of my outlay that goes toward appreciating assets.
