Yes, there is a bolt that is behind the side of the bumper (where the fender meets the bumper).

You will need to remove:
Grill
Fender liner
Bumper to fender clips
Metal bumper grills (I think, don't fully remember)
Connectors related to the fogs and corners

It isn't too terribly difficult, but that one side bolt on the headlight is what causes a lot of the extra work.

Don't need to fully remove the bumper. Just undo the bolts and pull the bumper out a little bit, then unbolt the headlight and pull out.

Only bolts that need to be undone are the wheel fender liner behind headlight you want to remove, bracket the connects bumper to front quarter panel, and the two bolts behind the grill which are accessed from engine bay. Once you get those off you can pull the bumper forward enough to give you room to unbolt the headlight (3 bolts, 1 on each side and one on top) and pull it out. Pretty easy actually once you've done it once or twice. the bracket uses a T20 screw I believe FYI. Rest are like 10mm bolts or so.
