ESP ON--> Better Acceleration??

ESP ON--> Better Acceleration??
I have heard this from many people, however, it seems that I can never accelerate without spinning the tires. For Those who succeeded, Do you really feel its faster to leave the ESP ON while accelerating from a stop?

i have winter tyres on, and esp on...
my tyres easily lost traction and spins whenver i accelerate from stops, and i'm not hard on gas at all
