C32 rebuild advice, piston cracked

It seems that front sam is not coded properly... If its from facelift, the rain sensor is set as "combined"
you need to set it as "separate" in order to get it work with prefacelift car. Also there is option "enable/disable" for the cornering foglights.
But only if the sam if of true facelift car. There are HW ans SW numbers on the label that must be at least 04 and up (year 04)
The piston is for sale, i want it 30€ which is around 33$ I must check again the postage to your country. From where are you?

c32 gearbox into an slk 230?
Thanx husqvarna, i have yet to decide on the piston yet as still busy with another "project".
In that note, does anyone know if the C32 gearbox will fit a SLK 230 1998?
would it mount and will the Transmission Control Unit talk to my engine ECU?
(in view that my gearbox is being dropped down and i also have a C32 trans lying around)
