Hey guys I was cleaning my filters on my needs dcai witch is 16months old, filters where dirty as heck, and one of the filters discentegrated so it does not make a good seal, going to order new one but take a look at yours. Part number I think from KN is 889833

Morphh - i posted this on an separate Needswings DCAI thread but wanted to point you to this as i had the same disintegrating based on the Spectre cone filters and since K&N owns Spectre i contacted them about the issue and this woman sent me replacements for no charge.....

K&N owns Spectre, its another of their brands actually.
This gal at K&N in their customer service was very nice and shipped me a new set of replacement Spectre filters after i sent her my photos of the degraded ones and explained the problem.
