I did see a member post one up a while ago, however I can't find the thread anymore.
I did see this on Ebay though,
http://www.ebay.com/itm/03-04-05-06-MERCEDES-M113k-SUPERCHARGER-S55-E55-Cl55-Sl55-/182396104057?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368
Not much description other then it has 70k miles on it.

Short answer is swap in the 55k long block, ECU and loom. Much more reliable and easier to make power.
Slightly longer answer as Maverik said, the supercharger is only 1/3 of the components you need to make this work and you will still have a high compression engine being fed more boost than is good for it unless you get into custom pulleys etc.... not to mention the tuning, bypass valve operation and clutch engagement.

Love your setup.
