Differences between 230 and c32?

I was looking at the dealership locally and couldn't find much inside differences between the two. Besides suspension, wheels, engine what sets it apart? Interior, stereo, body? Just want to know what else I'll be paying a premium for.
Thanks

No differences...

If you don't care about power.

You paying for the ///AMG badge for $20k more @ dealer. Of course you can get it after market for $35.

A fully decked out C320 will run $40k. C32 equals $51k, so the difference is about $11k not $20k.

I thought the question is between the 230 vs. C32. I was looking at IS1's header...

I was looking at a 1978 "Eggplant Purple" AMC Pacer yesterday, when I realized that my C32 was a ripoff. . .

I mean, after all, other than the engine, suspension, wheels, tires, transmission, brakes, etc. it's basically the same thing. I actually prefer the eggplant shade to the nasty, dirty black of my C32.

I figure that I can get 50 or 60 of the Pacers for what I can sell my C32 for, which makes my decision even easier. I have a nice long driveway that I can park 20 or so of them in, with the remaining 30 or 40 occupying all of the street parking within 100 yards in either direction of my driveway entrance. Nothing like some high quality American pig-iron parked on the street to warm neighborly relations.

And, if you want to talk horsepower, even though each Pacer engine only has 100 or so, with 50 or 60 of them, I will have between 5000 and 6000 horsepower at my disposal. I'd like to see you make that claim for your overpriced C32s.
